Today, America transitioned. And there is plenty of commentary on what happened, but none of it [yet] has covered the things that I most appreciated.
We are a democratic republic, and many Americans do not know that. It means we are not a pure ‘democracy,’ which is mob rule. We have checks and balances, and we choose people to whom to delegate our power. Many times, we do not choose well. And the constitution has, thus far, protected us in spite of that, which was by design.
The first thing that I most appreciated was the moment that Biden was no longer President, and we, the American people were free of the encumbrance of his ignorance. He was a puppet. His vp was a bumbling fool. Both of them were not only imcompetent, but dangerous. Thank God the American people wanted to be free of the economic policies of the left enough to vote reluctantly for D.J.T. I know they did not do so for moral reasons, though I wish they had.
Today, reluctant leftist, socialist, communist “Democrats” had to sit and eat crow as the incoming president laid their crimes out for the whole world to hear. But, one which has not as yet been mentioned by the talking heads is their attempt to destroy manhood and womanhood in America. President Trump said very plainly, “The official policy of The United States of America from this day forward is that there are only two genders: male and female.”
Amidst all the things he said, that is one of the more important ones. For the last sixteen years, people have been trying to destroy the most basic principle set up by God at the very beginning of our exisitence, “Male and female, He created them”.
A lot of people think that science governs our logic, and that the Bible has to answer to science, and so when the Bible has it ‘wrong’ it must give way.
The truth is, science must answer to the Bible. And the Bible is never wrong; and real science does answer to the Bible.
Science is “knowledge”. Theoretically, that knowledge should be rooted in truth. Today’s science would call truth, ‘fact’. But, today’s science and its priesthood also calls evolution ‘fact’, when, ‘in fact’, it is theory, and has never been proven. It is a theory that cannot be proven!
Today’s science is ‘in fact’ governed by man’s emotional interpretation of the evidence, and then unproven theories are presented as ‘facts’.
This is the case in the gender issue. God said that He created male, and then female. And He specifically names the genders to summarize His creation of mankind. But today, because some people’s psyche and sin issues tend to blurr the lines, they hypothesize that there must be more than one gender. When real, evidence-based biology has determined for centuries, millennia, that in humans there are but two genders: male and female.
And today, President Trump stated that fact. And you could see the communists sitting on his left cringe. Maybe that’s why certain members of that side weren’t present?
I am grateful to the Almighty God that, at least for four more years, common sense and right have a chance at the top in our country!
But, the other thing that I most appreciated was hearing the Navy Choir and the Marine Band play and sing “The Battle Hymn of the Republic”.
There are several reasons. First, it was a most beautiful arrangement of the piece. It started with male vocals, and when they got to the Chorus, the female vocalists offered a counter-melody, and then they sang the next verse, while the men offered an echo. As they sang the chorus again, tears began to well up in my eyes.
But, it is when they sang the last verse that I was really welling over, because I wasn’t sure they were going to sing it:
In the beauty of the lilies Christ was born across the sea,
With a glory in His bosom that transfigures you and me.
As He died to make men holy, let us die to make men free,
While God is marching on.

Our God is marching on.
Even when they started singing and marching in, the fact that they were singing praise to God’s Name, perhaps unwittingly, dawned on me. But now, they are praising God our Father for salvation in His Son, the Messiah [Christ], and His transforming power, by saying “You all, Praise Yah!”
I joke about it often, that Hebrew is the only other language that has ‘y’all’ in it. Hallelu is actually the plural imperative, where ‘you all’ is implied, so “Y’all, Prais Yah” is a very good rendering in English of ! הללו יה Hallelu Yah.
In most hymnals, however, it is written ‘hallelujah’, so most people do not understand what is being said. They think it is just a prelude to ‘amen’.
יה , is “Yah”, a short version of God’s Name. My name is Daniel, but is shortened to Dan. This is similar. God’s name is יהוה , Yahweh in English, and it is shortened to Yah, even in the Bible in other verses.
So, the Navy Choir was singing, and compelling others in the crowd to Praise Yah together. And that is exactly what our country needs to be encouraged to do!
Especially on a day when sanity is being restored to the public arena. The criminals who have been running our country, killing Americans with shots and laughing about it, harming and disfiguring innocent children, making money off it, robbing Americans of help they desperately need, sending American dollars to foreigners to send it back to their bank accounts, aiding and abetting the enemies of the U.S. and of Israel, using inside information to profit off the stock market, they are finally having to admit their own doom. I hope punishment on earth comes to them, but, it may not. But I rest assured that, like the Battle Hymn of the REPUBLIC says, they will be judged:
He has sounded forth the trumpet that shall never call retreat;
He is sifting out the hearts of men before His judgment-seat;
Oh, be swift, my soul, to answer Him! Be jubilant, my feet!
Our God is marching on.
The last thing to call to mind is that Trump said, “God saved me so that I can make America great again.”
I personally think there may be some double entendre in that statment. Yes, the context was about his surviving an assassination attempt by miraculously turning his head at just the right amount at precisely the right time. But, I think he understands that God has redeemed him. I hope he does. He has others around him in his cabinet that believe that. Let that be the case. America needs a saved President for a change.
