1A Mizmor of David, when he fled from Avshalom his son.
2 יהוה , how many are my adversaries become! Many are they that rise up against me.
3Many there are that say of my soul, “There is no Salvation for him in Elohim.” Selah.
4But you, O יהוה , are a shield about me; my glory, and the lifter up of my head.
5With my voice I call unto יהוה , and He answers me out of Har Kodsho. Selah.
6I lay me down, and I sleep; I awake, for יהוה sustains me.
7I am not afraid of ten thousands of people, that have set themselves against me round about.
8Arise, O יהוה ; save me, O my Elohim; for You have smitten all my enemies upon the cheek, You have broken the teeth of the wicked.
9Salvation belongs unto יהוה . May Your blessing be upon Your people. Selah.
אמִזְמוֹר לְדָוִד: בְּבָרְחוֹ מִפְּנֵי אַבְשָׁלוֹם בְּנוֹ.
ב יהוה מָה רַבּוּ צָרָי; רַבִּים קָמִים עָלָי.
גרַבִּים אֹמְרִים לְנַפְשִׁי: אֵין יְשׁוּעָתָה לּוֹ בֵאלֹהִים סֶלָה.
דוְאַתָּה יהוה מָגֵן בַּעֲדִי; כְּבוֹדִי וּמֵרִים רֹאשִׁי.
הקוֹלִי אֶל יהוה אֶקְרָא; וַיַּעֲנֵנִי מֵהַר קָדְשׁוֹ סֶלָה.
ואֲנִי שָׁכַבְתִּי וָאִישָׁנָה; הֱקִיצוֹתִי כִּי יהוה יִסְמְכֵנִי.
זלֹא אִירָא מֵרִבְבוֹת עָם אֲשֶׁר סָבִיב שָׁתוּ עָלָי.
חקוּמָה יהוה הוֹשִׁיעֵנִי אֱלֹהַי כִּי הִכִּיתָ אֶת כָּל אֹיְבַי לֶחִי;
שִׁנֵּי רְשָׁעִים שִׁבַּרְתָּ.
ט לַיהוה הַיְשׁוּעָה; עַל עַמְּךָ בִרְכָתֶךָ סֶּלָה.
