1A Tefilah of David. Hear the right, O יהוה , attend unto my cry; give ear unto my prayer from lips without deceit.
2Let my judgment come forth from Your presence; let Your eyes behold equity.
3You have tried my heart, You have visited it in the night; You have tested me, and You find not that I had a thought which should not pass my mouth.
4As for the doings of men, by the word of Your lips I have kept myself from the ways of the violent.
5My steps have held fast to Your paths, my feet have not slipped.
6As for me, I call upon You, for You will answer me, O God; incline Your ear unto me, hear my speech.
7Make your compassions work wonderfully, O You that save by Your right hand from assailants them that take refuge in You.
8Keep me as the Ishon Ayin, hide me in the shadow of Your wings,
9From the wicked that oppresses, my deadly enemies, that encompass me about.
10Their gross heart they have shut tight, with their mouth they speak proudly.
11At our every step they have now encompassed us; they set their eyes to cast us down to the earth.
12He is like a lion that is eager to tear in pieces, and like a young lion lurking in secret places.
13Arise, O יהוה , confront him, cast him down; deliver my soul from the wicked by Your sword;
14From men, by Your hand, O יהוה , from men of the world, whose portion is in this life, and whose belly You fill with Your treasure; who have children in plenty, and leave their abundance to their babes.
15As for me, I shall behold Your face in righteousness; I shall be satisfied, when I awake with Your likeness.
אתְּפִלָּה לְדָוִד: שִׁמְעָה יהוה צֶדֶק הַקְשִׁיבָה רִנָּתִי הַאֲזִינָה תְפִלָּתִי; בְּלֹא שִׂפְתֵי מִרְמָה.
במִלְּפָנֶיךָ מִשְׁפָּטִי יֵצֵא; עֵינֶיךָ תֶּחֱזֶינָה מֵישָׁרִים.
גבָּחַנְתָּ לִבִּי פָּקַדְתָּ לַּיְלָה צְרַפְתַּנִי בַל תִּמְצָא; זַמֹּתִי בַּל יַעֲבָר פִּי.
דלִפְעֻלּוֹת אָדָם בִּדְבַר שְׂפָתֶיךָ אֲנִי שָׁמַרְתִּי אָרְחוֹת פָּרִיץ.
התָּמֹךְ אֲשֻׁרַי בְּמַעְגְּלוֹתֶיךָ; בַּל נָמוֹטּוּ פְעָמָי.
ואֲנִי קְרָאתִיךָ כִי תַעֲנֵנִי אֵל; הַט אָזְנְךָ לִי שְׁמַע אִמְרָתִי.
זהַפְלֵה חֲסָדֶיךָ מוֹשִׁיעַ חוֹסִים מִמִּתְקוֹמְמִים בִּימִינֶךָ.
חשָׁמְרֵנִי כְּאִישׁוֹן בַּת עָיִן; בְּצֵל כְּנָפֶיךָ תַּסְתִּירֵנִי.
טמִפְּנֵי רְשָׁעִים זוּ שַׁדּוּנִי; אֹיְבַי בְּנֶפֶשׁ יַקִּיפוּ עָלָי.
יחֶלְבָּמוֹ סָּגְרוּ; פִּימוֹ דִּבְּרוּ בְגֵאוּת.
יאאַשֻּׁרֵינוּ עַתָּה סבבוני (סְבָבוּנוּ); עֵינֵיהֶם יָשִׁיתוּ לִנְטוֹת בָּאָרֶץ.
יבדִּמְיֹנוֹ כְּאַרְיֵה יִכְסוֹף לִטְרֹף; וְכִכְפִיר יֹשֵׁב בְּמִסְתָּרִים.
יגקוּמָה יהוה קַדְּמָה פָנָיו הַכְרִיעֵהוּ; פַּלְּטָה נַפְשִׁי מֵרָשָׁע חַרְבֶּךָ.
ידמִמְתִים יָדְךָ יהוה מִמְתִים מֵחֶלֶד חֶלְקָם בַּחַיִּים וצפינך (וּצְפוּנְךָ) תְּמַלֵּא בִטְנָם:
יִשְׂבְּעוּ בָנִים וְהִנִּיחוּ יִתְרָם לְעוֹלְלֵיהֶם.
טואֲנִי בְּצֶדֶק אֶחֱזֶה פָנֶיךָ; אֶשְׂבְּעָה בְהָקִיץ תְּמוּנָתֶךָ.
