1Therefore, being justified by trust, let us have shalom with Elohim through Adoneinu Yeshua HaMashi’akh; 2through Him we have been brought by absolute trust into this compassion wherein we stand, and rejoice in the hope of the glory of Elohim. 3And not only so, but we also glory in our tribulations, knowing that tribulation perfects patience in us; 4and patience, experience; and experience, hope; 5and hope causes no one to be ashamed; because the love of Elohim is poured into our hearts by The Ru’akh HaKodesh which is given to us.
6But Mashi’akh, at this time, because of our weaknesses, died for the sake of the wicked. 7Hardly would any man die for the sake of the wicked; but for the sake of the good, one might be willing to die. 8Elohim has here manifested His love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Mashi’akh died for us. 9Much more then, being justified by His blood, we shall be delivered from wrath through Him. 10For if when we were enemies we were reconciled to Elohim by the death of His Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by His life. 11And not only so, but we also glory in Elohim through Adoneinu Yeshua HaMashi’akh, by whom we have now received the reconciliation. 12Just as sin entered into the world by one man, and Mavet by means of sin, so Mavet was imposed upon all men, and as a result all since have sinned; 13for until the Torah was given, though sin was in the world, it was not accounted as sin, because there was no Torah. 14Nevertheless, Mavet reigned from Adam to Moshe, even over them who had not sinned in the manner of the transgression of the Torah by Adam, who is the likeness of Him that was to come. 15But the measure of the gift of Elohim was not the measure of the fall. If therefore, because of the fall of one, many died, how much more will the compassion and gift of Elohim, because of one man, Yeshua HaMashi’akh, be increased for many? 16And the effect of the gift of Elohim was greater than the effect of the offense of Adam; for while the judgment from one man’s offense resulted in condemnation of the many, the gift of Elohim in forgiveness of sins resulted in tzedaka to many more. 17For if by one man’s offense Mavet reigned, how much more shall those who receive abundance of compassion and of the gift of tzedaka reign in Khayim by one, Yeshua HaMashi’akh. 18In like manner, as by one man’s offense condemnation came upon all men, even so by the tzedaka of one man will the victory to life be to all men. 19For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one man shall many be made righteous. 20The introduction of the Torah caused sin to increase, and when sin had increased, compassion became abundant. 21Just as sin had reigned through Mavet, so compassion shall reign through tzedaka to Khayei Olam by Adoneinu Yeshua HaMashi’akh.
